Jon has built his career as innovative and proven operations and client services leader with more than 12 years of customer service and sales management experience. Before establishing National Integrated Services, High Performing Educational Consultant, SME, and Team lead before moving into an Operations Manager and Sales role with Elevation Connect.

Jon has trained agents and leaders in tech support, customer service, admin support, and education services.

Jon has a well-established track record of generating superior results through process improvement, strategic planning, and building high- performance management teams. Jon is widely recognized as a leader, trusted coach, willing collaborator, complex problem solver, and an effective communicator with an inquiring mind. Jon has earned his A+, Network+, Security+, and AWS Cloud Solution Architect, among other IT- related certifications during his career.

Jon prides himself on a high work ethic, continuous passion to learn, and a customer service mentality.
